To assist our Members in their research, a selection of Off-Line Material is available to our Premium Members by way of a "Look-up" Service.

Premium Members can, by email, request a maximum of FOUR Look-ups during a 6-Month Period - Due to the vast number of Premium Members currently registered with us, Requests have to be limited in this way so that we can respond to all queries in a timely fashion, whilst still continuing to ensure that newly transcribed materials are made available on our Website on a regular basis. Members who exhaust their Look-Up Requests must re-register as a Premium Member to request further Look-Ups.

  • CORK CITY & COUNTY DIRECTORY, 1910. Published by Guys, is one of the most comprehensive Directories we have seen to-date, having been compiled with great attention to detail. There are pages dedicated to Professions, where for example, Petty Sessions Clerks, Solicitors, Teachers, Clergy, Local Companies, Military, Police etc are listed in great detail. There are also separate Business and Local Directories, the latter listing residents on a Street-by-Street basis for Cork City, and on a Townland and Parish basis for the remainder of County Cork.
